Core Applications:
  1. Early Spring: Applying crabgrass pre-emergent and post-emergent control and a balanced slow release fertilizer promotes dark, healthy green color for your turf in early spring. The crabgrass controls will reduce existing crabgrass and inhibit new growth of crabgrass.
  2. Spring: A second application using a fertilizer with a herbicide targeting crabgrass, clover, and other undesirable broadleaves and grasses.
  3. Early Summer: A “Weed & Feed” application using an organic-based fertilizer and concentrating on broadleaf weed control, such as dandelions.
  4. Summer: An application of a slow-release fertilizer that promotes deep root growth to help your turf stand up to summer stresses. An added herbicide aimed at problem weeds and grasses.
  5. Early Fall: An application of organic-based fertilizer with targeted weed control.
  6. Fall Winterizer: One of the most important applications of the year. We concentrate on root growth and health so that your lawn will withstand the cold of winter, and emerge deep green in the spring.

Soil Preparation with Lime:
Applying pelletized dolomitic limestone helps to achieve proper soil pH balance for better nutrient uptake, resulting in a greener, healthier lawn.

Homeowners must mark irrigation with provided flags. The “Good Faith” statement applies if flags do not mark hazards sufficiently. A full over seeding
 helps to maintain established turf.

Turf Renovation:
By slice seeding your yard and giving it continued care, we can re-establish its standard quality.

Fungicide Applications: 
Monthly applications to control the spread of turf grass diseases caused by weather conditions and humidity and moisture.

Ornamental Tree and Shrub Care:  
Preventative program to control pests and fungus and provide spring and fall fertilization to your ornamental plants.
